Video is blurred when playing fullscreen, how can I stop this?

If you've created a presentation or screen recording that contains detail that can only been seen when played at fullscreen then you need to ensure that the 'Screencast' option is enable (see below for instructions) before uploading your video to mhub. This option will maintain your original recordings dimension and will optimise it for streaming to multiple devices without the lose of quality at fullscreen.

Selecting this option isn't so important for video that does not require the viewer to play it at fullscreen and can be left unchecked.

TIP: When producing video that requires playing at fullscreen use an aspect ratio of 16:9 and a minimum resolution of 1280 x 720 (720p). For the best results we recommend 1920 x 1080 (1080p) for true HD playback.

Uploading video with the Screencast option selected

1. Select My Uploads & Recording (or any team folder) from the Content menu.

2. Click the Upload button (see below)..

3. Once you've selected a video from your computers hard drive make sure you tick Tick if this video is a screen recording (screencast) and click OK.

4. Wait for the video to upload.

Once the video has finished uploading and encoding it will be available for inclusion within your communications and will display at fullscreen (if selected upon playback) without any lose of quality.
